While I do like to express my own opinions based on my own experiences, I also research the subjects that I write about to ensure I am as well informed as reasonably possible.

Resources are limited on dissociation, and even more on autism and dissociation. However, there is enough to use up more than one page. So, this is the summary page directing you to different types of resources.

  • Online resources - websites that have either academically sound information (in my opinion, obviously) or that are informative from an experiential perspective
  • Bibliography - some books/papers may be available online. I will share their links when I can, otherwise it may be necessary to make a trip to the library to access them through their online catalogues
  • Videos - I do like videos because I can speed them up and play them at the speed I want when I want. So, here are some
I will add more stuff as I go along. Please note that while some of the resources may be directly related to either (or both) of neurodivergence and dissociative disorders, others may be only loosely related.

That is because I often see patterns where others don't. In my opinion behavioural biology, genetics, epigenetics, artificial intelligence, and quantum physics are all relevant areas of investigation.
